Kindergarten System Guide

Kindergarten is not a separate mode — it is added like a normal grade level. The moment you open a class in the Kindergarten/Preschool level, kindergarten features appear automatically (K-12 schools stay clean). The school administrator (General Manager/Founder/Principal):

• In Class Structure → choose “Kindergarten” or “Preschool” as the level and generate the sections (e.g. Preschool-A).
• As soon as the class is opened, the Daily Report card appears on the teacher panel and the Daily Report view on the parent panel, automatically.
• Teacher assignment and student enrollment are exactly the same as primary/middle school; there is no separate on/off switch.

In kindergarten the DAILY REPORT is central instead of grades/exams. From the Daily Report card on their panel, the teacher selects their class and the child; then enters the summary of the day. One report per child per day is kept (can be updated during the day).

• Select a class (if assigned to multiple classes, switch from the list).
• Tap a child; if a report has already been entered, it shows with a green check mark.
• The counter in the top corner shows for how many children a report has been entered (e.g. 12/18).
• An empty report cannot be saved — at least one field must be filled in.

For breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack, mark how much the child ate with a single tap:

• For each meal: Ate all · Ate most · Ate a little · Didn't eat.
• Tapping the same option again removes the mark (easy to fix a wrong entry).
• In the evening the parent clearly sees their child's nutrition.

Enter the start and end time of the nap; the system calculates the duration automatically.

• Select the start and end time (e.g. 13:00 – 14:20).
• On the parent panel a clear duration like “Sleep: 1h 20min” is shown.
• If the child did not sleep, leave it empty or press Clear.

Select the child's general mood for the day with an emoji — a quick and warm summary for the parent.

• Happy 😊 · Calm 🙂 · Tired 😴 · Restless 😟 · Cried 😢.
• Single choice; tapping again removes it.

Depending on the age group, enter the number of toilet uses or diaper changes with + / −.

• Toilet count for children in toilet training.
• Diaper-change count for younger ages.
• If zero, it is not shown in the parent view (no unnecessary info).

Choose the day's activities from ready suggestions or add your own. Also mark the needs to be conveyed home.

• Activity suggestions: free play, coloring, music, story, garden, blocks, drama…
• Needs suggestions: diapers, wet wipes, spare clothes, food, water bottle.
• If a need is entered, it appears in an eye-catching alert box on the parent panel.

Use the Health Note for situations like fever, medicine or a fall; use the Note to Parent field for the general assessment of the day.

• The health note stands out in a red-highlighted box on the parent panel — it won't be missed.
• The note to parent is ideal for a warm and personal daily message.

When you press “Save and Share Report”, the report is saved and an automatic notification goes to the linked parents (the parent is matched even if the child has no login account).

• From the bell notification the parent reaches the Daily Report card on their panel.
• The parent can review the latest report and the previous 14 days via date chips.
• A parent with multiple children sees each child's report separately.

The daily report describes the day; the development observation is a PERIODIC view. The teacher assesses each child in the Ministry of Education preschool development areas; the parent sees their child's periodic development.

• Areas: Motor, Cognitive, Language, Social-Emotional and Self-Care.
• Each indicator is marked at three levels: Needs Support · Developing · Achieved.
• The term is determined automatically (e.g. 2025-2026 Fall); one report per child per term.
• A general assessment note is added; when saved, a notification goes to the parent.
• The parent can also compare past terms via term chips.

The teacher shares the class's activity photos with a caption; the parent sees the colorful feed of their child's class from their phone and taps a photo to open it full screen.

• Select a photo (or take one directly with the camera) → write a short caption → Share.
• Once shared, a “New class moment” notification goes to the class parents.
• A parent sees only the moments of their own child's class.
• The teacher who shared can delete their own moment; images are at most 5 MB.

The teacher plans the class's theme and activities for each month; the parent browses month by month to see the plan. The yearly pedagogical plan is shared transparently with the family.

• The month's theme (e.g. “Autumn and Colors”) + activity list (ready suggestions or free).
• Note to parent field (materials to bring from home, reminders).
• Navigate forward/back by month; one plan per class per month.
• When the plan is shared/updated, a notification goes to the class parents.
