School Setup — First Steps
Set up your new school in this order; each step builds on the previous one. In about 1–2 hours the whole system is ready to go live.
School Settings
First enter the school's basic information and schedule parameters. All other steps rely on these.
- School name, city, contact, and logo/colors.
- Timetable: start time, lesson duration (40/45 min), break.
- Optional: school location for QR location verification (latitude/longitude + radius).
Add Staff
Create accounts for teachers, counselors, vice-principals, coordinators, and other employees. A temporary password is generated for each.
- Add one by one or enter hundreds of records at once with bulk import.
- Choose a role (Teacher, Counselor, Coordinator, Vice-Principal, Principal).
- Each staff member sets their own password at first login.
Class Structure
Define grades and branches; the system auto-generates the branches. The timetable and student records link to these classes.
- Enter the number of branches per grade (e.g. grade 5 has 4 branches).
- Optional: define classrooms (for room-conflict checking).
Timetable
Assign a class teacher, enter the lesson pool, and auto-generate a conflict-free timetable; export as PDF.
- Assign a class teacher to each class.
- Enter lesson + weekly hours + teacher; press 'Auto Generate'.
- Optional: define teacher availability (hours they can't attend).
Students and Parents
Add students to classes and link parents to their children. A parent sees their child's grades/attendance/homework from the panel.
- Enter student records (one by one or in bulk) and assign to a class.
- Link the parent account to the student (linkedStudentIds).
- Accounts can be opened quickly with student/parent access codes.
Check-in/out (QR)
Staff get their own QR card from the panel; set up a kiosk or camera reader at the entrance. Optional location verification and late/early alerts.
- Activate the device from the Kiosk Devices section for the kiosk.
- Define staff working hours (for late/early detection).
Announcement and Event
Publish your first announcement and start planning the annual event calendar. A school-wide announcement reaches everyone's notifications.
- Publish a class-targeted or school-wide announcement.
- Plan events (venue, time, poster) from the start of the year to graduation.
When complete: staff check in/out with QR, teachers manage their timetable and homework, parents follow their children, the counselor handles appointments, and the whole school communicates from one place.
