Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the EduOne OS school operating system by institutions and users. By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Scope of Service

EduOne OS provides schools with a multi-tenant SaaS school operating system: record management, timetable, attendance, parent communication, scholarships, financial tracking, kindergarten modules and secure check-in/out. The service is provided “as is” and is continuously developed.

2. Accounts and Access

  • Accounts are created by school management; each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their own login credentials.
  • Access permissions are limited by role; a user can only access the data they are authorized for.
  • In case of suspicious access, school management may suspend the account.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to do the following:

  • Attempt to access unauthorized data or circumvent security measures.
  • Use the platform to share unlawful, harassing or harmful content.
  • Abuse the system with automated/excessive requests.

4. Data Ownership

All data belonging to the school is the property of the school. EduOne OS processes the data only to provide the service. The school has the right to export its data at the end of the contract. For details, see the Data Processing page.

5. Pricing

Subscription and package terms are determined in a separate contract made with the school. Some modules on the platform may be on/off depending on the package. The payment tracking module does not store card/bank information; only the payment status is kept.

6. Limitation of Liability

EduOne OS does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free service; however, it takes reasonable technical measures. The accuracy and currency of school data is the responsibility of the school. Liability for indirect damages is limited to the extent permitted by the applicable legislation.

7. Termination

The parties may terminate the contract in accordance with the relevant conditions. In case of termination, the school is granted a reasonable period for data export; afterwards the data is securely disposed of.
